
Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
We want you to know that we strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days of placing it, Pre-Orders/Special Orders would ship 4-10 days to ship after the order is finalized. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic & International Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated live at the shopping cart or during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that it might take a few days to process and ship out your order. We appreciate your patience!
International Taxes and Duties:
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as outlined by their local customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise on the amounts of these fees, if applicable. Please contact your country’s customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
Please note, Red Rock Turf and Carts is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carriers in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Incorrect Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you wish to modify the shipping address after placing the order, please notify us as soon as possible via email at bob@redrockturf.com. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
